Renewable Energy Consultancy for FREE! There’s a thought...

The new way of working is online, immediate and collaborative. It's about managing customer relationships and looking for "better than excellent" in every interaction. We engage both reactively and proactively via the Web, Chat, Social Networks, e-mails, texts, Apps and YES don't forget face to face meetings and on the telephone. There’s no point fighting it. It’s the way of the way of the connected world and it’s a powerful thing if you really care about your customers.
Another interesting aspect of this new revolution is the high availability of excellent products and platforms “for FREE”. Great examples include Facebook and Twitter. Huge global companies generating value for users and revenue through targeted advertising. You can love or hate this, but once again - why fight it? I personally love seeing adverts for stuff that actually interests me. Fading are the days of stuff arriving and piling up on my doormat that are not relevant to my interests and go straight in the bin. The cost of this to the businesses sending them and to the resources of our planet are thankfully diminishing.
Then there’s a company called Insightly. They offer a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution to businesses and are specifically targeting Google Apps users. The product is fantastic and until you go above 3 users it’s FREE. We used it at the start of setting up GeniusEnergyLab and it’s been hugely valuable.
How about the authoring and development of websites? Once the preserve and black art of the web developer, innovative companies like WIX now bring this to the masses for FREE. If you want to use their premium services then fill your boots - it’s still awesome and you get no banners and a few extra features.
Free apps with “in app purchases” are now also common place. Use the apps and if you like what you see you can get more. If not – there’s no risk. It’s the risk element that it all really boils down to. We are moving to a “ZERO risk to engage” culture and environment. If there is a risk that the client won’t like what they are paying for then they will most likely download the next app that let’s them “try before they buy.”
So how does this apply to Renewable Energy Design? Well here at GeniusEnergyLab we care as much as Google or Facebook do about providing a valuable service to our customers. We want to be better than excellent in our interactions with our clients. We want to be the company that people really enjoy interacting with and we want to add more value than anyone else in the industry.
We are in growth mode at the moment. We are looking for new client relationships and we know we have the best Renewable Energy and Carbon Reduction advice in the industry. We just need to be able to prove it. So here’s what we’ve done. We’ve decided to offer our advice for FREE. If our customers love the experience of working with us then they can migrate to our premium packages; in the mean time it’s FREE.
Try us out. We’re so confident you’ll have the best business experience of your career that you won’t want to go anywhere else.
