The Oxfordshire Hotel, Golf Club & Spa

The Oxfordshire Hotel, Golf Club and Spa is a project we are immensely proud of. Geyser Thermal Energy completed the overall design and installation of the system. Working with their CEO, Lolli Olafsson, Genius Energy Lab designed the watersource aspect of the system which tapped into the artificial lakes on the golf course to harvest the available energy. Utilising closed loop water source heat pumps, the solution replaced the majority of oil boilers on site leading to significant run cost savings. The system is using 2 x 25kW high temperature heat pumps for hot water and 4 x 75kW units for the majority of the heating load, which is backed up at peak demand by boilers.
