Chris is a Certified Geoexchange Designer with over two decades of experience leading large-scale GSHP projects. As a member of the UK’s Ground Source Heat Pump Association committee, he brings deep technical insight and influence over national energy policy. With a degree in Theoretical Physics from Imperial College London, Chris blends scientific precision with hands-on design and consulting expertise.

Duncan Rae
Business Development Director, Genius Energy Lab

Duncan brings over 20 years of experience in delivering ground source heat pump projects across residential, commercial, and public sectors. He plays a key role in both client engagement and project management, and is also an active part of the design team, working on geological analysis services. With deep sector knowledge, Duncan consistently draws on real-world examples to explain complex systems, making him a highly engaging and practical speaker for our Lunch & Learn sessions.
