To this end we have committed to implementing the ISO14001 Environmental certification which we achieved in March 2022 along with ISO9001 quality certification.

Genius Energy Lab Limited recognises that effective environmental management is the responsibility of everyone within the organisation. Responsibilities are defined as follows:
Directors
- Overall accountability for environmental performance and compliance
- Ensuring adequate resources are available to implement this policy
- Promoting a culture of environmental responsibility
Managers
- Implementing and maintaining environmental controls within their areas of responsibility
- Monitoring environmental performance and compliance with legal and other requirements
- Ensuring employees receive appropriate environmental awareness and training
Employees
- Complying with this Environmental Management Policy and related procedures
- Minimising environmental impacts during day-to-day activities
- Reporting environmental incidents, risks, or improvement opportunities to management
This Environmental Management Policy is reviewed annually, or sooner if there are significant changes to legislation, operations, or environmental impacts.
